About Safe Wings Alerts

This is a bare-bones mailing list used to alert volunteers when we need a driver, a rescuer, or extra help on busy days. Only administrators can send messages to the list, and we rarely send more than two couple a day. We include enough detail in the subject (e.g. "Driver: Downtown" or "Rescuer: Orleans") so you can quickly decide whether the message is relevant to you. We also send occasional volunteer updates and event reminders via a separate MailChimp mailing list, to which you must subscribe separately. Please add "alerts@safewings.ca" to your email contacts list and/or whitelist emails from the *@safewings.ca to help our emails avoid you spam filter. Subscribe to the list

New subscribers can join this mailing list by filling out the following form. You will receive an email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from subscribing you without permission. Once confirmation is received, your request must be approved by the list moderator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you unencrypted. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
